Hello, Breezy Bay dweller!
If you’re looking at this, chances are that you need a little bit of help with finding resources on your small island! Fret not, this handy encyclopedia should contain everything you need!
In Breezy Bay you can transform your island to be aligned with one of the spirits. Each of the types has unique resources you can’t harvest anywhere else (and at some point, your island will even look different!)
Hopefully, with our guide, you’ll find some clarity on where to find the resources you’ve been looking for.
Tools
Before we get to resources, we need to mention the tools that can be required to harvest some of them.
The tools need to be unlocked first. For that, you will be required to build your tool rack. It’s one of the constructions available from your Blueprint Bench. You’ll need to complete the onboarding before it becomes available. Remember that you can scroll down on the bench menu!
Once it’s built, the rack should show you what kind of requirements you need to fulfill to unlock each tool.
They’re definitely useful, but you can totally start decorating your island without them — so don’t worry too much about lack of them!
Neutral resources (all islands):
Peppers — you can harvest them from pepper plants. Look for the splash of colour!
Wood — it can be acquired from chopping down trees. You’ll need an axe to do that.
Stone — spawn all over the ground!
Sticks — lots of them are usually lying on the ground.
Copper — you’ll need to find a copper node and mine it with your pickaxe to get some.
Clay — it can be gathered from small pits that appear around your island. You’ll need a shovel to harvest it.
Shells — check your beach! It shouldn’t be long before you find one.
Sea kelp — it can be harvested from plants growing in shallow waters around your island.
Cotton — collect little soft balls from cotton plants, which grow all over the place.
Cod — it’s a fish that lives in shallow waters around your island. Dive in and grab some!
Apples — they can be found on the ground.
Coal — it can be picked up from the ground. Be careful, it’s scarce!
